First lunch after the lockdown, all made by my mother in law.

My mother in law live in Montemurlo a little city in Prato so we don't visited her since March, luckily she live with her brother so she do not have privlens of loneliness or money, she found masks and handgel easily also because she live near the medicine shop so she dint suffers much during the lockdown but she videocall us often because she was bored.

So now we can finally see her.

And she decide to cook for all of us a tasty lunch.

For the first dish she prepare for us her famous lasagne, not the tioycal recipe but one from Puglia, my mother in law is fro. PUGLIA but she move in Tuscany when she was a child..

Her lasagne are made with not only meat but also with mortadella, salame ham etc..

Many mixed ingredients, are very full and heavy that's why when she cook them she don't cook a second dish.

As a dessert she cook for us a simple tiramisù, simple but always very tasty and in the end some mixed fruits, in Italy we call it Macedonia, I don't know why but they way we really need them after the lasagna and the tiramisù, we had great portions of them both.

I like to visit my mother in law because she always cook something good for me. She is not an evil mother in law but a good one, she always cook my favorite dishes.
