RE: My photography through the years

I think I am getting the idea of photography in the intangibles in objects but taking photos of people or animals on what they convey in facial or body language is a tough concept to pick up for me. That capturing the moment thing.
At least with digital I can shoot a ton and then hope to pick out the best one. Still trial and error learning for me. I still have my Dad's old Canon AE-1.
Thanks for the flashback @hetty-rowan

Thank you for visiting my blog @kerrislravenhill, I understand very well what you mean. It has also been a long learning process for me, and I still learn every time. I never had any trouble with animals, but people were really a huge barrier for me to step over them. I was always very closed to people, but that's impossible when I have to photograph people. Then I have to open myself and allow all the feeling to be able to put into the photos. That was a tough learning process that I really shied away from for a long time. I am glad I crossed that threshold because it gave me so much more. But photographing people is and remains a learning process for me ... only now I enjoy it instead of being afraid of it.

The best one is the one that gives YOU the feeling "this is it" ... Photography is feeling.
