The biggest singing bowl in the world

First of all, I wish all of us a Happy New Year with lots of fun, abundance and prosperity!
Well, my last two days have been full of very wonderful experiences.
On the first of January, I said yes to an invitation from a friend, a little getaway to Northern Hungary. The destination was Garáb, a small village of 50 inhabitants, which became very famous in 2019.

The world’s largest singing bowl, unique bells, Buddha statue, Japanese bath and other attractions await those arriving in Garab, which a special place dedicated to nurturing the soul.

György Juhász, a Hungarian businessman living in Hong Kong, converted to Buddhism years ago, so he was looking for a place in the world where he could create a truly worthy memorial garden for this religion. He first bought a house here and then major construction began in 2012 in the area. It took him six years, but he realized his dream, so now we have ten guest houses, restaurants, a Japanese bath, a shrine and a beautiful garden.

However, those interested are most attracted to Samsara, the world’s largest singing bowl. It was made in 2018 in Innsbruck, two hundred and thirty-three centimeters in diameter, and contains more than two and a half tons and seven kinds of metals, including gold, silver, lead, tin, iron, copper, and mercury.

Treatments are regularly held in the sanctuary by sound bowl therapists. The owner invented it all because his father was very ill, so he looked for alternative therapies. That's how he got to the Tibetan singing bowl. Now he wants to help others who need this alternative treatment.

We got accommodation for one night at my friend's son, who is doing sound therapy with his girlfriend. Due to the many check-in guests, we were only in line for the evening, but that’s how we were able to try out the amazing power of the bowl.
Before that, of course, we spent an hour in the Japanese bath, where dragons provided pleasantly warm water.

What’s amazing is that the bowl can accommodate up to 2-3 people while lying comfortably on soft pillows. After a short tuning, the therapy begins and the bowl rings like a huge bell. It is enough to hit it once and ring for 6 minutes. The feeling is indescribable, makes you fly to a different state of consciousness, vibrating every single cell, helping to cleanse body and release emotional blocks.
