Happy Friday Everyone! Had a busy morning. Dad has decided he doesn't want to drive anymore. Not confident because his eyesight is still not improved much even after the surgery he had. So I took him to his haircut appointment this morning and we picked up some lunch and then took him to the cemetery to see their headstone that was placed at Mom's grave. The man who made it for them wanted to get it placed for Mother's Day. He did a very nice job on it. I really do appreciate being able to leave and come back to my work here as I need to. Tomorrow we are going to spend some more time at the house moving my parents' stuff out in preparation for moving our stuff over there. At least we can take our time with it yet. There is no huge rush. I reblogged this for now and will upvote it later when my mana gets replenished some more.

Sorry to hear that your dad is taking a back seat Lisa, but great to hear your mom's stone was the right choice, and I hope that your weekend will go smoothly with the move and great that you are able to not rush it.

Thank you very much, @alive.chat! I am grateful that Dad is being reasonable about the driving issue and that we are able to help facilitate his choice. 😀 And yes, it is great to be able to move everything in our own time.
