A new month, the same goals. Run every day, run 8 kilometers on average. Distance and speed are not important. Take care of variety in running, find some hills.

Variety - the first time this year in Podutik
Distance - more than 8 K
Hills - almost 100 meters of the climb on a fairly flat course
