Fresh Run
I just finished a 5.209km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:1ss !
It seems that we are finally experiencing a drop in temperatures more in line with the time of year we are in. We left the house at 7:10 am and the temperature was a delicious 17 degrees and the humidity was quite low as well, excellent conditions for running.
As usual, we have headed to our favorite hill to run some uphill and do a few core exercises in the middle of the journey.
We take the opportunity to take a panoramic photo of the Barcelona horizon with the sun wanting to appear from the east.
Enzo has stopped me a couple of times to poop but this is normal, he is generally happy and enjoys running next to me a lot.
Tomorrow we will do a slightly longer run, weather permitting because rains are expected all week.
