How to prepare Tempered Okra for lunch in a very delicious way.

What's up guys? I believe you are doing well right now. Today is last full moon poyaday in this year. So we had a holiday to many employees. So I took an opportunity to join the cooking activities on this holiday because I have a passion for cooking. My wife always supports this. In fact, the most essential factor for the body's strength, energy and growth is a balanced diet. A balanced diet is extremely important for maintaining a healthy life for everyone living in the world. Among the elements that should be included in this balanced diet, vegetables have a major place. Among the vegetables taken in this way, Okra can be considered as a vegetable full of taste and quality that is good for the body. Therefore, some people did not want to eat okra and prepared it in a delicious way.
Ingredients
- 300 grams of thin okra
- Oil for frying
- A little water
- Onions cut into rounds
- A few cinnamon sticks
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped pandan leaves and curry leaves
- Chopped green chilies
- Two teaspoons of chili pieces
- Few mustard seeds
- Salt as needed
- A teaspoon of fried meat curry
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
Preparing method
- First, wash the okra thoroughly with clean water and cut into pieces as shown in the photo and set aside.
- Heat a pan and add oil. When the oil heats up, add the cut onions and fry them.
- Then add some mustard seeds and let it splutter. Then add cinnamon bark, chopped pandan leaves and curry leaves and fry.
- Then add chopped green chillies and chopped garlic and let it fry a little.
- Now add fried meat curry and turmeric powder, stir and let it fry a little.
- Add the okra cut into pieces and keep aside and mix with the fried mixture.
- Allow to simmer for a while, mixing and adding salt as required.
- When the amount of oil in the pan reduces a little, add a little water and stir. If the water is too much, okra will become sticky and become inedible.
- Finally, sprinkle the pieces of chilies, stir and remove from the heat.
Do not overcook the okra while cooking. Because then its nutritional value can be destroyed. The young pods of okra are mainly eaten. Okra is in good demand among the consumers due to the ability to prepare food in different ways and its nutritional value. Okra has a special place as a precious local vegetable that fits into our daily diet and cures piles.
