Are My Ital Recipes 🥬🍋🌶️ NFT Showroom Material?
I have been wondering if my #plantbased culinary art would ever be a good fit for the NFT Showroom because I know it's primarily focused on visual arts.

My post payouts aren't near where I dreamed they would be when I threw myself fully into Hive-Blogging so long ago. Other than teaching online, Hive is my full-time job, and the lowest paying one I've ever had in my life.
Beggars can't be choosers I guess, and being stranded here in Suriname with my family and kids out of school in an economy facing hyperinflation and cash shortages leaves us few opportunities to earn a steady income.
LEARNING NEW SKILLS
As an Ital chef I consider myself a culinary artist, but I have been brainstorming ways to introduce a visual arts element into my recipes. While reading through the NFT Showroom Artist Guide, I noticed GIFs up to 30MB were accepted.
I took a quick tour of the tokenized GIFs for sale on the platform, and noticed some of them very simple, and that gave the confidence that I might be able elegantly squeeze an Ital recipe into a >30MB GIF file.
MY FIRST CREATION
I began tinkering in GIMP hoping to make an artsy and fun animated GIF that efficiently crammed an entire recipe's ingredients and preparation steps into a single image.
You are looking at perhaps the world's first Ital recipe GIF here on Hive, made from the coconut potato soup I posted a few days ago. I have applied for the @NFTShowroom Whitelist, and I'm hoping for good news. If allowed, this piece will be my first tokenized creation.
I created a >10MB version to show easily upload and show you all in this post. If allowed, the tokenized NFT version will be a >30MB 1280x720px GIF.
THOUGHTS?
I'm just now learning the animation features of GIMP, so I'm sure I have room for improvement, but I was quite satisfied at this result after a day of trial and error.
I'd love to know if you would pay for something like this and what you fellow Hivers think a fair price would be for this tokenization. Please tell me what you think in the comments below.

I have not heard of NFT showroom, but I do know that images like these are very popular on Pinterest.
If you write a post on how you make them, I would love to read it.

Why doesn't this post have the leofinance tag and why was it not published from their site? It is finance based, so it fits the theme and it is different enough from what everyone else is posting that it should get some attention.
I have 1540 STAKED (most earned through posting) leo and my upvote there is worth 0.2 LEO which is WAY more than my 5000 HIVE gets me. I am a leo fan, and would love to see more of your finance related content there.
I have been posting on LEO a bit recently, earned almost 400 total so far, all staked. However, posting about financial stuff is just something I find terribly interesting, especially crypto. I treat crypto like soccer, I like to play it but I don't like to watch it or talk about it. But LEO is all the rage lately, so I've obviously got to drum up more ideas for that platform. !ENGAGE 50

I find it fascinating how people earn and spend money, and lots of people there too.
A recent talk about minimum wage made me rethink my thankfulness, and it opens our eyes further to the importance of crypto.
ENGAGEtokens.I 'd say give it a try. But I don't think the market is here for ital recipe NFTs. And I think people would rather watch a video of you making the dish with instructions under it. I really think you and your family doing ital recipes would be a hit, and you could crosspost to youtube and HIVE. The less fancy the set up the more ital the vibes.
But still try it, cause you never know
I've been approved to tokenize items, but I have yet to make a solid choice on what road to take. Srey-Yuu and I might do a mash-up where I digitize some of her Splinterlands drawings, which would be a bigger hit. We have plenty of YouTube channel ideas, but I will need to scale back some other things on Hive first before I venture out in that direction. !ENGAGE 30

By the way I made this soup the other day and I need to make it again. It's so good I could eat it all day. This was the first time using fenugreek. You are a master of spice.
Thank you so much @carolynstahl, fenugreek seeds are the bee's knees. A little bit bitter with a hint of maple syrup. You can also boil them to make a simple tea, a drink which many cultures use to treat menstrual cramps. It definitely interacts with the female reproductive system, as I've also read to much fenugreek seeds could cause a miscarriage. !ENGAGE 15

I've never understood people wanting to own a piece of digital art in the form of a NFT though. But even though I'm not on that level of thinking yet, I'm sure someone will pick this one up soon.
The NFT space is definitely one with huge market potential and support.
You can simply right click and "save as" on your desktop, but I guess it's not the true original. I guess it's a bit like owning a poster of a famous artwork. I definitely wasn't on that level yet, but then I took a tour of the NFT Showroom and saw a lot of sales at shocking prices, some of them more than I make from 30 blog post payouts. !ENGAGE 20
