10K morning run with automaticwin
After many short morning runs today was the moment to finally do a proper 10K run. It was still an easy tempo run with breathing through the nose all the time, with lots of stops, sightseeing and photographing.
The place was the Biguglia laguna, the time before seven am.
My wife and I enjoyed some beautiful views along the way.
On our first round across the marsh we met at least twenty rabbits. They were all too quick for my camera. The best I could do to capture them was this shot.
Do you notice something white exactly in the center of the photo? It's a rabbit's tail. There are several rabbits on this photo, all hidden in the grass.

After the run we washed ourselves here.

Lap times. Very easy tempo as I've said. We are on the vacation after all.
Tomorrow we drive back home. Back to the real life.
