Well Arranged Clothing Box, Less Stress , Happy Me😊

I learned a better way of arranging my clothes from my roommate eight years ago, during my NYSc service year. A one-year compulsory service for every graduate to our motherland in Nigeria

The first thing I noticed when she opened her clothing box on our first night at the lodge made me very curious about her. I later learned that she was the kind I could learn things from which made us become a kind of best of friends along the line.

Her clothing box was so well arranged, that made it attractive and will make you want to just touch the content of her box.

Her undies, trousers, tops, and every other different category in her box, each has their own space and can easily be accessed.

Those were the most organized clothing box I had ever seen and I love them so much.

I was very curious how she gets to do that, when I asked her how, she told me that her mom taught her.

In fact, her parents found love due to this very single act. 🤭 how sweet huh.

Imagine as a man, you were on a public transport going on a trip and the clothing box of the next damsel sitting next to you somehow, suddenly opened. Your curious mind tells you to look beside you and the beautifully well arranged of her box made you fall for her that very instant…..

That was how love found her parents and I couldn't help but smile when she told me about her parent's love story. One thing is for sure her Dad has eyes for good things and so do I 😊.

A few days into our moving into the lodge, whenever she was arranging her clothes I would pay attention to every detail of how she does it, and before you could tell I learned a better way to fold my clothes from my usual just jam-packing them into a well-organized clothing box.

Before meeting my friend, I just knew something about how I organized my clothes had to change, as my old method made me very uncomfortable. Imagine putting just a few clothes inside your box and it already filled up. This made me always carry a bigger bag than I would have liked to when I travel which can be stressful most of the time. But with what my friend taught me, I started using smaller bags when I travel and my clothes will always fit in them perfectly.

Before learning how to fold my clothes, from my friend, the picture above is how I fold clothes.

This is what my son's clothing box is arranged like. The towels are on one side, the trousers on their side of the box, same with shirts and caps, sweaters, and socks.

This leaves me with more than enough space, if I want to put on more clothes, it will still fit in perfectly. Picking each item whenever I want is very easy as each one has its space. This saves me energy and time. And it looks very pleasing to the eyes which can boost my energy and productivity. Well arranged clothes, more free space, less stress and a happy me😊 hahaha.
