We live in a time of controlling our emotions

Feeling and expressing anger is many times looked down upon.

We are expected to keep our composure, and stay calm at all times.

But the truth is that we feel anger and other lower vibrational energies throughout the day

Sometimes, because we have no way of expressing them or letting them out, they get stuck.

They live deep inside

They get to the point where we don't recognize them as anger anymore

We may think we are living well adjusted, happy lives, with just some "normal hiccups"

If anger lives in you, "normal hiccups" manifest into something else.

Disapointment

Frustration

Disgust

Feelings of worthlessness

Feeling like: "Nothing ever goes my way!"

For many people, it is just simply repressed anger trying to make its way out

Give yourself permission to look inside and release any trapped anger you may have

Today, I let myself get angry at a friend. I have been holding it in for so long. And an action brought everything to light. I didn't know when I started blowing grammar and shouting on top of my voice at that person. 😩

I am sorry you had to hold it in for so long. Now that the anger is exposed you can give yourself permission to release it.

You let yourself look at all the things and emotions that are triggering anger, and you find the place in your body they are living in. Fill that part of your body with love and light, and give your Angels the "go ahead" to let go.

The anger is there to show you where you need to make changes and take action, but once you receive the download and know what changes need to happen, you can release the anger.

You're still a good person, I am sending you lots of love, light, and well wishes.

Thank you for this. I find this to be very true. We often have pent up emotions that we rather hide than let out. We frown upon people who express anger openly, yet at times, it's the only way to release negative energy.

Give yourself permission to look inside and release any trapped anger you may have

Very good exercise to do once in a while. It will be good to find a way to channel these trapped emotions into a form of creative expression. Happy weekend!
