This is some further bicep workout that I love and is very effective, but I've been unable to do em as much as I'd love to because all the gyms I've been going to do not have the set-up for preacher curls. Even the set-up I have in this video is lacking but I just had to make do.

Preacher curls are great for the biceps and it is hella fun too.
