First Time Cooking Baby Corn With Snow Peas
Baby Corn Stir With Snow Peas
Baby corn is a delicious vegetable, processed into various dishes will be very delicious. So, this time I will make processed baby corn with a combination of snow peas. At first I was hesitant about this dish, because I've never cooked snow peas with baby corn. Usually I use baby corn in a combination of soupy vegetables such as soup or other stir-fried vegetables.
As we know, baby corn has a distinctive taste and the best texture. Even though the taste becomes different after it matures, this young corn has a delicious taste. Not inferior to mature corn, baby corn is also very expensive in the market. Yesterday I bought a little at a high price and I thought it was inferior to the price of mature corn. Maybe because baby corn is in great demand by the public and is often combined in various dishes.
So, here I will invite you to prepare some ingredients and make this dish. Listen and try it!.
Materials Used
50 grams of snow peas
1 tomato
2 red chilies
3 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
10 cayenne peppers
Cooking Procedure
Prepare baby corn, peel the skin and remove all corn hairs. I don't like corn silk scattered on food.
Cut the corn lengthwise or according to your taste. Because here I used very small baby corn so I cut it into three parts.
Then peel the peas, remove the stems, and cut the peas into several pieces.
Finely chop the garlic then roughly chop the shallots.
Cut the red chilies diagonally, then also cut the tomatoes into several pieces.
For small chilies, I cut them into several pieces. Now all the ingredients are ready to be cooked.
Saute the shallots and garlic with just a little cooking oil. Add the tomatoes, as well as all the chilies
Then add the chopped baby corn, then add the snow peas.
Because it was too dry I added a little water. Then season with ground pepper and mushroom stock.
Continue seasoning with salt, stir and don't forget to adjust the taste. Cook until all the vegetables are soft and the water has reduced.
Results
Stir in baby corn and snow peas and it's ready to be enjoyed, serve with carbohydrates such as white rice or bread. Just look how delicious it will be. Those of you who don't like corn, when you enjoy processed baby corn like this, will definitely be surprised by the taste and aroma.
The savory taste of baby corn and snow peas in a cooking pan is very delicious. Moreover, the aroma is something I like about cooking. As we know, baby corn has a soft texture and is really delicious. Anyone will definitely like the taste and soft texture with a savory taste.
So, if you are confused about processing baby corn, try this combination, you will definitely like it. If you are used to enjoying soupy dishes, you can add a little more water to the composition of the ingredients I used above. Good luck trying the recipe!

It's amazing that you can buy fresh baby corn. We can only get it in a can. The flavour must be so good especially combined with the snow peas. The dish looks fresh and inviting.😋
Very different, here we don't have canned baby corn. Maybe it's because there are lots of corn farmers here, so it's very easy to find!
Simple and delicious home recipe @nurfay
