Implementation of verification whether King Lucoin Curator votes are cast manually, if it is a continuous automatic vote for the same person by the curator, these votes will not be included in the 15 Best Curation Daily Post. Added token staking option

To reduce unwanted messages, an option has been added to disable and enable notifications for winning post authors (15 Best Curation Daily Post). The author no longer has to receive a comment with information about winning a prize under his winning post. Just reply to such a comment STOP.
